§ 3.63 SNOWMOBILES AND AUTOMOBILES PROHIBITED.

No person shall operate a snowmobile, automobile, motorcycle, motorbike or other vehicle propelled by gasoline or other engine upon the ice covering the waters of any waterway, provided that this article shall not apply to emergency vehicles operated by city personnel.
