(A) The Library Commission shall meet at regular intervals, not less than four times each year. A single meeting should be held for the months of June/July/August. In the event a special meeting is required, the chairperson or a two-thirds majority of the Commission is authorized to call it.
(B) The Library Commission shall limit the number of absences without notice for a member to three in a calendar year. The Library Commission may request the City Commission to remove a member who violates this attendance policy. The chairperson and branch librarian should set the agenda for the Library Commission meetings.
