§ 3.143 CONDITION OF PREMISES.
   All public property used for or impacted by media production shall be kept neat, safe and orderly at all times, and shall be maintained in the condition as it existed prior to beginning the media production. Each person operating a media production within the city shall be responsible for any damage to public property resulting from the production.
