§ 1.152 ORGANIZATION.
   At the first meeting after appointment in each year, the members of the Library Commission shall meet and elect a chairperson, a vice chairperson, and a secretary. Names of the officers shall be submitted forthwith to the City Clerk. The chairperson shall preside at meetings of the Commission and, in the chairperson’s absence, the chairperson’s duties shall be assumed by the vice chairperson. The secretary shall keep accurate minutes of the proceedings at each meeting. Minutes should be distributed to members of the Commission within ten business days from the date of the meeting.
