The City Manager (or City Commission, where applicable) may attach reasonable conditions to the issuance of any marina license. Such conditions may include, but are not limited to, limitations on the number, location and configuration of docks, piers, wharves, boat hoists and boat slips, as well as limits on the number and type of boats.
