§ 3.111 OPTIONAL PUBLIC HEARING.
   If the City Manager has referred a marina license application to the City Commission for the City Commission to make the final decision regarding whether a marina license should be granted, the City Commission may schedule a public hearing before making a final decision regarding the application. Should such a public hearing be held, notice of the public hearing shall appear in the newspaper at least 15 days before the public hearing is held and notices of the public hearing shall also be mailed (by regular mail) to the owners of all properties located within 300 feet of the property for which the marina license is requested (as the ownership and addresses are shown on the most recent tax bills) at least 15 days before the public hearing.
