For licenses issued by the city for public marinas (excluding situations for private use only where the marina is not open to the general public or is not for commercial use), the licensee shall post such rules as the City Manager may deem appropriate consistent with requirements contained in Chapter 33 of this title including, but not restricted to, regulations relating to launching permits, water pollution, navigation lights, water-skiing, boat equipment and other safety regulations.
