No person shall:
(A) Ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk within a business district;
(B) Disobey any sign erected on any sidewalk or street which prohibits the riding of bicycles thereon; or
(C) When riding a bicycle upon a sidewalk, fail to yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian or fail to give audible signal before overtaking and passing such pedestrian.
