§ 10.33 OPERATION ON ROADWAYS.
   No person riding a bicycle shall:
   (A)   Fail to ride as near to the right side of the roadway as practicable;
   (B)   Ride two or more abreast on any roadway; or
   (C)   Fail to exercise due care when passing a standing vehicle or one proceeding in the same direction.
