§ 10.32 NUMBER AND MANNER OF CARRYING PERSONS.
   No person shall ride upon any bicycle:
   (A)   Other than upon or astride a permanent and regular seat attached thereto; or
   (B)   Which is being used to carry persons in any manner other than as specified in division (A) above.
