§ 10.13 PARKING OF VEHICLES.
   No motor vehicle shall be parked within ten feet of the extended edges of a public or private driveway or alley. The prohibited parking area shall be measured from the hard-surfaced portion of the driveway edges extended laterally to the street edge or curb, excluding the driveway approach taper, flare or radius.
