§ 10.12 VEHICLES PARKED DURING DARKNESS.
   Vehicles which are parked during the hours of darkness shall have a red light on the left rear thereof which is visible for a distance of 200 feet, or a red reflector or reflex mirror on the left rear which shall be visible in the lights of a motor vehicle for a distance of 200 feet.
