§ 9.406 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE.

The Director may require, upon reasonable notice, that the manufacturer, distributor, importer or designated agent shall certify in writing to the city that any vehicle or equipment sold or offered for sale within the city comply with the applicable provisions of the appropriate subsections of this chapter.
