(A) After the completion of the construction, installation, alteration or repair for which the installation permit was issued, and the Director has conducted such tests as he or she may deem necessary as provided for in the rules, and has determined that such equipment can be operated pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, the Director shall issue a certificate of operation to the permit holder.
(B) Such certificate shall be kept posted at all times on or near the installation for which it was issued.
