§ 9.210 ISSUANCE OR DENIAL OF INSTALLATION PERMIT.
   (A)   The Director shall acknowledge the receipt of the application and shall notify the applicant in writing of its approval or denial within 30 days.
   (B)   The application, plans and specifications shall be approved by the Director when they are found to be in accordance with the requirements as set forth in this chapter and the rules.
   (C)   Upon approval of the application and payment of the permit fee specified herein, the Director shall issue a permit for the construction, installation or alteration of such processing, fuel burning, refuse burning or control equipment.
   (D)   When an application is denied, the applicant shall be notified in writing from the Director of the reasons therefor.
