§ 9.100 FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS REGULATIONS.

The use, storage and processing of flammable liquids shall conform to the flammable liquids regulations of the state found at R 28.601 through R 28.740 of the MAC. Any person violating any of said regulations or failing to comply therewith shall be guilty of a violation of this code.
