Incineration of leaves, paper or other combustible material outside of a building or structure is prohibited. Notwithstanding the above, wood may be burned in a fire pit or chiminea so long as such burning is in accordance with all regulations issued by the City Manager and approved by the City Commission. Nothing in this section shall be interpreted to prevent the use of grills for cooking food.
