It shall be unlawful to fire, ignite or launch any model rockets or model rocket engines within the city limits which do not comply with the provisions of § 9.71 and, in addition to the requirements contained in said § 9.71, it is further declared to be unlawful to launch any model rocket within 100 feet of any building, to launch any model rocket except by remote means fully under the control of the operator or to launch any model rocket in any direction more than ten degrees from the vertical, with the exception of rocket-powered model airplanes.
