§ 9.18 BILL POSTING IN STREETS OR PARKS.

No person shall attach, place, paint, write, stamp or paste any sign, advertisement or any other matter upon any post, pole, tree, fire hydrant or on any other object within any public street or park. Public officers posting any election notices or other notices required or permitted by law shall be excepted from the provisions of this section.
