§ 8.810 PENALTY FOR NONCOMPLIANCE.
   Any person who shall violate the provisions of this chapter shall have committed a civil infraction and may be ordered to pay a civil fine of not more than $500. Each day that a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
