The building inspector shall initially establish a schedule for the inspection of all rental units covered by this chapter. Once a certificate of compliance has been issued, the city will notify the owner of the dwelling at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the certificate of compliance that a reinspection is necessary. The owner shall then arrange for a compliance inspection to take place prior to expiration of the certificate of compliance.
