Every private swimming pool or other pool, as defined herein, constructed or to be constructed in the city shall at all times comply with the requirements of the Director of City Services. Any nuisance or hazard to health which may exist or develop in, or in consequence of or in connection with any such pool shall be abated and removed by the owner, lessee or occupant of the premises on which the pool is located within ten days of receipt of notice from the building inspector or Director of City Services, or within such lesser period as may be specified in such notice.
