(A) All signs shall comply with the pertinent requirements of the city’s adopted Building Code, as amended from time to time, except as may be modified by this chapter.
(B) Signs for which a permit is required will be inspected prior to the issuance of a certificate of compliance per § 8.21(E) and upon completion by a Public Works Department representative for compliance with this chapter and any applicable ordinances of the city.
