§ 8.8 BUILDING PERMIT FEES.
   The fee for any permit issued pursuant to the Construction Code shall be established by resolution of the City Commission or the Cascade Charter Township Board pursuant to § 22 of the Act, being M.C.L.A. § 125.1522. No permit shall be issued unless such fee has been paid.
