Pursuant to the provisions of §§ 8a and 8b of the Act, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1508a and 125.1508b, the city hereby adopts by reference the Construction Code. The city assumes responsibility of the administration and enforcement of the Construction Code and the Act within the city whether it be conducted by a city building official or by a Cascade Charter Township building official.
