§ 7.76 PUBLIC DANCE DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this article, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PUBLIC DANCE. Any dance to which the general public is invited, expressly or impliedly, except dances sponsored by the city or a public school.
