§ 7.74 MINORS.

No person who is less than 17 years of age may be or remain in or about any premises licensed hereunder as a poolroom, nor shall any licensee permit any such minor to remain in such poolroom. No person shall falsely represent himself or herself to be 17 years or older in order to obtain admittance to or remain in any licensed poolroom.
