§ 7.61 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No filling station for the storage and sale of gasoline or other motor vehicle fuel shall be established or maintained within the city without first obtaining a license therefor in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. No such license shall be issued until approved by the City Commission.
