The following shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 and cost of prosecution or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court:
(A) A violation of any provision of this chapter;
(B) Permitting, allowing, encouraging or promoting any violation of any provision of this chapter, including any owner, manager, employee, patron, customer, officer, partner or other person;
(C) Aiding, assisting or abetting the violation of any provision of this chapter; and
(D) A violation of any provision of this chapter shall also be a nuisance per se and the city may seek an injunction against the violation.
