§ 6.23 PENALTIES AND REMEDIES.
   (A)   Every person convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be subject to fine and/or imprisonment as provided in § 1.13 of this code.
   (B)   Any drug paraphernalia used or possessed in violation of this chapter shall be seized and forfeited to the city.
