§ 5.98 APPEALS.
    The Planning Commission’s decision regarding approval or denial of a special use application may not be appealed to the Zoning Board of Appeals. However, prior to consideration of a special use, a variance to a dimensional requirement related to the building or property in question may be filed with the Zoning Board of Appeals.
