§ 5.61 ENCROACHMENTS INTO REQUIRED YARD SETBACKS.

   (A)   The following elements and appurtenances may encroach into or over a required yard setback as provided in Table 5.61.

   (B)   Unless otherwise provided for in this chapter, no element or appurtenance listed in this section, other than fences, that is attached to an accessory building shall be located closer than two feet to any property line.
