§ 5.19 DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED.

   The following zoning districts are established:

   (A)   Residential districts:

      (1)   Single-family districts:

         (a)   R-1 Single-Family Residential;

         (b)   R-2 Single-Family Residential; and

         (c)   R-3 Single-Family Residential.

      (2)   MFR Multiple-Family Residential.

   (B)   Commercial district: C-1 Commercial District.
