§ 4.28 RESPONSIBILITY FOR DRIVEWAY APPROACHES, RETAINING WALLS AND AREAWAYS.
   All driveway approaches, retaining walls and areaways within the city shall be maintained by the owner of the land adjacent to or abutting upon the improvement. This maintenance shall include building, rebuilding and removing all obstacles. Snow and ice removal for drive approaches are the responsibility of the adjacent property owner.
