§ 4.27 AUTHORITY OF CITY MANAGER TO MAKE ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS.

The City Manager may make such additional regulations pertaining to openings and excavations in the streets, curb cuts, street obstructions, and house moving as he or she deems necessary for the public health and safety. Such regulations shall be subject to the approval of the City Commission. Failure to comply with any such regulations shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
