§ 4.12 NEW PAVING.

Whenever the City Commission shall determine to pave or resurface any street, the Director shall, not less than 30 days prior to commencement of construction, serve notice upon all public utilities, requiring them to install and make all necessary changes in underground work in advance of the paving or resurfacing.
