§ 2.104 RATE ADJUSTMENTS.

The rates for water and sewer service established by this chapter shall be reviewed annually and adjusted through an adopted resolution approved by the City Commission as required to meet the needs of the system. Rate changes will be communicated through the water and sewer monthly billing notifications.
