§ 2.75 NET/GROSS CALCULATIONS.
   The City Manager may elect to adjust categorical pretreatment standards to reflect the presence of pollutants in the discharger’s intake water, in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 403.15 and R 323.2313(c) of the MAC.
