§ 2.74 REMOVAL CREDITS.
   Where applicable, the City Manager may elect to initiate a program of removal credits as part of this chapter to reflect the POTW’s ability to remove pollutants in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 403.7 and R 323.2313(a) of the MAC.
