§ 2.11 VIOLATIONS; PENALTY.

Upon a violation of any provision of this chapter, the city may seek prosecution and may seek legal and/or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall have committed a civil infraction. Civil infraction penalties shall be in accordance with Chapter 11, Title I of the city code.
