The following public utility uses, with the exception of all types and styles of telecommunication antennae and towers exceeding 20 feet in height, are permitted in any district: poles, wires, cable, conduits, vaults, laterals, pipes, mains, valves, lift stations and any other similar distribution equipment; provided that, installation shall conform with rules and regulations of the applicable administrative authorities.
