§ 156.07 OFF-PREMISES SIGNS.
   (A)   No off-premises signs or advertising structures shall be allowed.
   (B)   The foregoing prohibition against off-premise signs may be suspended during the calendar year under the following circumstances:
      (1)   The Village Board adopt by motion a determination that a specific off-premise sign or signs has been made necessary by construction activity on or adjacent to a highway in the village;
      (2)   The Village Board limit any permit granted for an off-premise sign to be in force no longer than the duration of the construction activity; or
      (3)   The Village Board impose such other limitations and constraints as a condition of granting the sign permit as it may deem reasonable under the circumstances
