(A) A concrete sidewalk and driveway approach, conforming with the specifications established in this code of ordinances shall be required prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit for any new building or structure which is to be erected or which is situated on a lot or plot of ground which abuts upon any street in the village unless the sidewalk is specifically exempted.
(B) Driveways located on private property must be paved with concrete, asphalt or other per approval of Building Inspector prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit.
