§ 133.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   A violation of § 133.001(A)(1) is a Class C misdemeanor. A violation of § 133.001(A)(2), (A)(6), or (A)(7) is a Class A misdemeanor. A violation of § 133.001(A)(4) or (6) is a Class B misdemeanor.
   (C)   A person convicted of a violation of § 133.030 shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $500.
   (D)   Any minor or other person convicted of a violation of §§ 133.095 et seq. shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $750, for each offense.
   (E)   Any person who violates §§ 133.100 et seq. shall be punished with a fine not to exceed $750 and not less than $100. Each day of the violation shall be considered a separate offense.
