§ 131.02 DAMAGE OF FIREFIGHTING APPARATUS, HYDRANTS, OR EQUIPMENT.

No person shall knowingly, without proper authorization, cut, injure, damage, deface, destroy, or tamper with any fire hydrant or any public or private firefighting equipment, or any apparatus appertaining to such equipment, or intentionally open any fire hydrant.
