§ 130.115 OFFENSE.
   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OFFENSE. Includes conduct which, if performed in another municipality, would be criminal by the laws of that municipality and which conduct, if performed in the village, would be an offense under the laws of the village.
