§ 90.13 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   For the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this chapter, a Fire Inspector or Village Building Official on official business shall have the authority, at reasonable times and upon reasonable oral notice, to enter any premises in the village in, or upon which, alarm systems are located to inspect the installation or operation of alarm systems.
   (B)   If the inspection reveals any violations of the provisions of this chapter, a written report detailing the violation shall be promptly sent to the alarm user or business by certified mail, receipt requested, or personal delivery. The report shall require correction within 30 days after receipt of the notice and shall state that a failure to comply may result in the revocation of the alarm business license or the alarm user’s permit, in accordance with provisions of this chapter. The alarm user or business shall be granted a reasonable extension of time to correct the violation upon good cause shown.
