The Village Administrator, or his or her designee, shall review all raffle license applications within ten days from the date of application and shall, within 30 days from the date of application, approve or deny a license application. If an application is approved, the Village Administrator, or his or her designee, shall forthwith issue a license to the applicant. A raffle license shall be valid for a period of one year from the effective date.
