A person eligible for licensure under this chapter desiring to hold more than one raffle during the license period may apply for a multiple raffle license. For purposes of this section only, a "raffle" is considered to be a single location and time of determining a winning chance(s). Multiple prizes and drawings may be held at any one time and location.
