Any person aged 65 or older who receives a bill for refuse collection service in said person's name in addition to Village Green and Gardiner Place senior apartment facilities shall be eligible to receive a rebate of 25% of any amount paid by said person for the cost for services for the period of August 1, 2017 through April 30, 2018 provided that said person completes an application for the rebate on a form provided by the Village Clerk by April 30, 2018.
